On Call is a luxury healthcare apparel and lifestyle brand created by medical professionals, for medical professionals. But On Call isn’t like other scrub companies – it was created by a cardiologist who discovered first-hand the dramatic lack of style and comfort in the market. So, while Dr. Nevel focused on creating quality scrubs, we focused on bringing the products to market.
On Call’s mission is to support, encourage, and celebrate all healthcare heroes – and its branding reflects these values. We opted for a minimalist design scheme with modern elements and a muted colour palette to showcase the expertly-crafted collections.

The website itself is sleek and intuitive. Consumers can easily browse through the contemporary lines, collections, and colours. We also built a custom ecommerce solution for the On Call team, so they can seamlessly track purchases and revenue.

Setting On Call apart from other medical apparel brands in the market, we focused on the unique benefits and exceptional attention to detail. Our intention was to forge a deep connection with the healthcare community using strategically integrated nods to healthcare workers, ensuring they feel acknowledged and supported with every interaction.
