In its quest to provide modern treatments and nonsurgical procedures to enhance their clientele’s existing beauty, Serenity needed to stand out in the ever-growing beauty industry. We needed to develop a strong brand that allowed the demographic to engage Serenity and its dynamic treatments.
The first part of our solution involved rethinking consumer experience by offering online consultations via Serenity’s website. Here, Consumers may now receive a simple and personalized consultation conducted by a registered nurse from the comfort of their home, and have an appointment made should decide to move forth.
The second part was developing everlasting brand visuals and assets to float in the sea of beauty brands that currently exist. Utilizing curated colours and minimalistic design, we could now communicate the spirit of Serenity.
